Dr. Thropay’s Nutritional Approach To Health

url-1

Before I came to see Dr. Thropay for nutritional help, I felt sluggish, without drive or motivation.  My moods constantly fluctuated between up and down.  I slept poorly and always felt tired in the morning. Generally, I was just BLAH.

Within just a few days of my first visit, I now have a sense of well being, and an internal balance.  My emotional status is much more even-keel than before.  At night, I’m enjoying profound and deep sleep, and I actually feel rested when I awake.  My general assessment?  “It’s all good!”

On top of all that, today I ran without an ace bandage!

I am very impressed with Dr. Thropay’s nutritional approach to health, and would gladly refer anyone to his care.

Chiropractic is a complementary and alternative medicine

Chiropractic is a complementary and alternative medicine[1] health care profession concerned with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disorders of the neuromusculoskeletal system and the effects of these disorders on general health.[2] Chiropractors emphasize manual and manipulative therapy for the treatment ofvertebral subluxations. Currently, chiropractors practice in over 100 countries in all regions of the world, however chiropractors are most prevalent in North AmericaAustraliaand parts of Europe.[2][3] Most people who seek chiropractic care do so for low back pain.[4] Chiropractic was founded in 1895 by magnetic healerD.D. Palmer, in Davenport, Iowa, United States. Chiropractic theory on spinal joint dysfunction and its putative role in non-musculoskeletal disease has been a source of controversy since its inception in 1895. The controversy is due in part to chiropractic’s vitalistic and metaphysical origins, and use of terminology that is not always amenable to scientific investigation.[5] Far reaching claims and lack of scientific evidence supporting spinal dysfunction/subluxation as the sole cause of disease has led to a critical evaluation of a central tenet of chiropractic and the appropriateness of the profession’s role in treating a broad spectrum of disorders that are unrelated to the neuromusculoskeletal system.[6] Although there is external and internal debate within the chiropractic profession regarding the clinical significance of joint dysfunction/subluxation,[7] the manipulable lesion remains inextricably linked to the profession as basis for spinal manipulation.[8] The scientific consensus is that chiropractic may be on a par with other manual therapies for some musculoskeletal conditions such as lower back pain, but that there is no credible evidence or mechanism for effects on other conditions, and some evidence of severe adverse effects from cervical vertebral manipulation.[9] The ideas of innate intelligence and the chiropractic subluxation are regarded as pseudoscience.[10]

What Is Nutrition Response Testing?

NUTRITION RESPONSE TESTING

Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body to determine underlying causes of poor health or nagging health problems. It is based on the firm conviction that the human body has the potential to fully repair itself, when given the right nutrients.

The analysis we conduct is a check of your body’s neurological reflexes. These reflexes are the body’s way of showing how well your nervous system is doing its job of regulating all the body’s functions – organs and glands, joints and muscles, etc.
There are flows of energy between all parts and organs of the body. These flows can be disrupted for a variety of reasons often leading to a lack of correct nerve signals to keep that area functioning optimally. Our analysis easily detects these disruptions.

How do we conduct this analysis?
The practitioner will contact your extended arm with one hand, and contact the specific reflex area with the other hand. If the tested reflex is stressed, your nervous system will respond by reducing energy to the extended arm (which will weaken and cause it to drop). A drop in the arm indicates underlying stress or dysfunction in that area, which can be affecting your health.
You will be given the results of this analysis in terms you can understand, along with a specific nutritional program to follow that is customized to your case.
Once the underlying stress is corrected, the weak muscle response will no longer occur during analysis. The body will be busy repairing and restoring function to
the indicated organ or system.

OCD? Anxiety? We Can Help With That!

OCD/ANXIETY

Thirteen years ago, in June of 1996, I began to have an overwhelming fear of doing the simple things in life, and felt compelled to do the same things repeatedly. In October of that year I was diagnosed with an obsessive-compulsive anxiety disorder, and was prescribed 100 mg. of Luvox daily. At first I was able to function normally on this regimen, but to my dismay, the symptoms began to return in 1998. In 1999, after trying some strange alternative treatments, I returned to the M.D. This time he recommended Prozac, which I refused because I had heard that it was addicting. He doubled the dosage of Luvox. The symptoms remained, but were less strong. However, by 2006, after 10 years of Luvox, the symptoms were so severe that I had to quit work. I was afraid to go out of the house or do anything! The doctor then suggested Xanax, but I declined to take it because I feared the side effects that were listed. At my request the doctor started to cut back on the Luvox. (I have since then discontinued it entirely.) My sister urged me to see you for Nutrition Response Testing. Since the doctor had said that there was no cure for OCD, I was very skeptical. I figured that if the medical profession had no answer, what good would taking supplements do? There was fear, too, of trying your work and not getting any help. Also, I was convinced that my problem was mental and not physical. Finally her persuasions prevailed, and in May of 2007 I came to you for the first time…. …Right away upon starting treatment, I began to feel more relaxed, less tense and afraid. Within 4 months, about 60% of my symptoms had disappeared. By July, 2008, I was more than ready to return to work, and got a job where I am still employed a year later. None of the original symptoms have ever returned, and I feel great!…
